  I had to go all the way down to "eks_demo2\data\Engine\Binaries\Win64" to find a reference to the use of Unreal Engine, and it looks to me that according to the UE4 license you're required to mention explictly (but maybe it's just for interactive content) that you use it:

  Which makes the demo somehow against the law failing to mention the most important third party thingy.
  
  I like the begining of the demo with that red oceany stuff I was kind of excited, but after that it was downhill all the way.
