glsl 1.x dev sandbox on M1
category: general [glöplog]
Hello Pouet users.
I am currently searching for dev sandbox that I would be able to run on Mac M1 (either native or under Parallels), and where I could develop glsl 1.x style shaders without much boilerplate, with live reload. I don't want much - just an ability to set up a chain of passes, to load and bind some textures from disk and that I wouldn't have to write much code but shaders themselves.
My previous tool was Touchdesigner, but it doesn't support 1.x shaders on MacOS, an i can't run it under Parallels on M1 either.
Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Does VisualStudio Code work there? There are some GLSL development extensions that work for live coding, at least to some extent.
https://hexler.net/kodelife maybe?
@ton: May be Off-Topic...Did you try running Asahi Linux on your M1 ?
