i am actually not sure what to think about it. it's not boring and there is a lot going on for sure but somehow it lacks something, like a little bit of spice in a soup. but thumbs for the 4k efford :)

There's a few high points in the visuals, like the "face" appearing but damn...
that music is seriously off putting (and not in a good way) to the point where it overshadows everything in this intro. That lead especially is doing something really bad to me on a deep level, I don't care for it at all. Like nails on a chalkboard kind of thing.
The starry sky also looks kinda bad and I don't really care for the stretchiness of the 3d geometry on most of the scenes. Pig

well made...but as others said, it´s somehow missing something...or maybe 2 minutes of the same thing are just too much?! the glitches don´t help it! ;)
but it looks and sounds very nice...keep exploring it and get rid of the glitches! ;) (just don´t walk the full closest_distance_found on your ray, but just a fraction...maybe 0.5*d is enough for this already...if not go even lower, while .2 should be some sort of limit if you want to travel at all, haha! i could be wrong and you are doing fixedStepsize-marching here?!)

Yo hardy thankx for the comment, I love you're work, you da man. Yeah I agree "something" is missing, could be two minutes of same thing, hence why I tried to break it all up obviously with the glitches. Personally I love 'em cos they go kind graphic design patterns and 2d while retaining some 3d but it's not for everyone i guess. I basically wanted to really fuck up the rendering, trying to do something new i guess. It's only my third intro so I am learning and defo wanna try to do something new as well as just the old structural / space / world stuff, which I still love as well. Thankx for comment bro, much appreciated... btw regarding glitches I ended up lerping from "ro+rd*t" to "ro+rd-sin(t*atan(t*.1))" to break up the rendering. cheers.
