Not true, the first gouraud on A500 was done in 1989 by the games company Imageworks. The loader screen of their game "Interphase" had a gouraud cube which was even dithered and looked much cooler than the gouraud in this 40K.

Lovely!!That sweet heart is familiar to me, that must be a demo I watched long time ago whith early version of uae.
I liked to watch that cube Graham. I've checked 2 versions of the game but it seems that it was removed from the original. Otherwise the game got nice dithered lighting.
