hmm, ok.. i had to turn up the gamma on my gf2 to see *anything* tho.. luckily the demo machine here is also my cs machine so i had that powerstrip tool installed (brilliant for demos aswell :)

so.. ok intro, nothing special, a couple of bugs (like the greet cylinder(?) with wrong clipping and such) and the music was a bit to slow for me :)

Its quite good, but im so bored with this type intro! its simply to long with too little going on. Maybe id like it if there was a readable scroller with whatever is on the demomakers minds.....hey btw!!! what ever happened to scrollers?...

the casting of shadows in this one is really nice too look at. The music fits, but doesnt rock my world.

*sigh* ...ahh ill give it a thumbs up, because between all the looooong slowpaced "atmospheric" demos...its among the better half. :)

A very nice intro, the music is cool and I always love shadows. Works fine on GF4 (fast and with no tearing on the surfaces). It does not like quincunx anti-aliasing, though, it makes the credits part crawl.

Ah, well. Is hell slow on my work machine here (P4 1.8 Millenium G450), but i guess it's the usual millenium prob when grabbing to texture...

bugs on my radeon too... seems like a stencil buffer problem, atleast the bugs I see look pretty much like shadows where there shouldn't be shadows :)

I liked the camera movements quite a lot.

wow, enormous amounts of stencil-buffer artefacts appear in the final (there were none in the party-version, btw :)), on my gf1. probably something to do with drivers and/or infinite farclipping planes blahblah yadayada.

huh? stencil bugs.. all the cards we tested on (tnt1/2/gf2mx/gf2/gf3/gf4/radeon7500/8500/9700) run the intro nice..

maybe there is some minor flickering (for example first scene, second camera move - one of the middle cylinders shows an flickering poly due to incorrect depth buffer values [tried to fix that with polygon offsets..]) - but i wouldn't call that horrible..

one of the intros i have to watch from time to time... emits a very special mood between dark loneliness (shadows, cold geometry) and lovely codeworld feel (objects, movement). and yeah, the music is great, and goes perfectly with the graphics!
