Probably the first ever scene demo for the SEGA Master System. Shame about the music, though.

I was there at the party, otherwise I would never see this demo.. hm.. I guess I would, I know these guys.. actually the two who did it live in my town.. ok.. I saw the development.. but who the fruck runs mastersystem these days?

Kudos for the platform, but not too interesting, perhaps they'll cook up something longer (what you see in the screenshot basicly is everything you'll get).

Peace out

Lithis: Shite, I've seen it written with an S, but I didn't look closely enough at the screenshot. =/
Thec: I love my Mastersystems. They're much nicer hardware than the NES, apart from the sound. Quite similar to an MSX, in fact. The demo could be longer, but it's a nice first attempt.

there's actually a few more demos for sms. best one i've seen is bock's birthday 2003. (by Xiao) even though the sms is almostn 20 years old, the traces of an sms demo scene are just now starting to emerge.

When Illm explained to me how the graphics on the SEGA MS works I realized how much it must have sucked to develop this one :-) A work of art, even if it's a bit short.

Final Note:

At the time of release, we were unable to confirm how
this demo would perform (or even start) on an actual
machine. This should be investigated in the near
future and remedied if needed.

Due to not having the flash card yet, I couldn't try it, but I assume it won't run. Coding on emulators makes many things a bit easier than coding on a real machine.
You assume that? It runs just fine on my flash cart.
