• Well fought, good sirs! Great soundtrack, the perfect crowdpleaser, long and polished (literally). The vocal feedback in the greets was a nice touch.

• The main reason why a Geforce 6600 or 6800 is needed is because of Shader Model 3.0. The metaballs in the demo is acculy only two polygons with a pixelshader that raytraces the metaballs. I know I can do this with other algorithms as well but I had this one already in stock.
  
  Another problem is to do the skinning on the high resolution mesh on the robot. The model is 110k tris and 67k verts and to turn that around in a nice framerate we moved all calculations to the GPU aswell. We ran into some strange problems with ATI cards that resulted in a framerate below 5.
  
  These were issues that we didn't bother to fix for the party version. We focused on making a good demo that we knew would run well at the party.
  
  I will look into making a "low end"/final version this week if my work doesn't get in the way. Some other minor tweaks like resolution changing etc is likely to be added.
