  I really liked Fugl's track - he's an amazingly talented and prolific musician. The visual style of the demo isn't the most coherently designed as okkie rightly points out.. it was kind of a case of "starting out just making something and then iterating and seeing where it got to", with the music serving as a baseline.
  
  Flunkium was kind enough to do the chimp head versions - big thanks for that! (it's a zbrush sculpt put through mootools to generate 30-ish poly resolutions)
  
  Pixtur: your entry was definitely the deserved winner, but thank you none the less! :) The soundtrack is just so fitting.. I don't know if it's because I've been playing Cyberpunk 2077, but the drd5 music reminds me of this kind of William Gibson universe.

  I don't disagree with your comments .. if you take the demo and deconstruct it, there isn't much there. But that's the tricky thing, right? Making something that becomes more than just the sum of its parts :)
