- 64k Amiga OCS/ECS Electric Lifeforms by Ghostown
- Yes - so much good stuff. Also the generational aspect is super touching. Amazing - and all in 64k. Supereme.

- demo Windows mechasm by Fairlight [web]
- I understand the next-gen thinking and reasoning, but seriously, the fact that even on a 4080 this runs poorly/staggers is quite a let down. Sure, when the compo machine has 48GB GPU memory (of which Im sure we will all have some day, but not now) and that is the benchmark, its really not a worthwile demo imo. And honestly, it is another example of demos trying to emulate vfx/non-realtime effects without anyone asking for it. There is really no need for it; the only demo that kinda got away with it was the video demo Global Trash 2 by Silents. (and that was a video). Anyway, Im sure a lot of work went into it, and I wish it ran on "current gen" (actually quite new and expensive current gen) equipment, but as it stands, its a let-down.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS RULE 30 by Andromeda [web]
- Cant be serving home runs every time. This is a pretty nice demo (the balls part is nice and enjoyable) but over all bit of a let down considering the level of both style and programming on the OCS these days. Still, glad people are having fun doing something they enjoy, hence the thumbs up. The music sounds like an incomplete mod from 1994, finished hastily in 2016, but thats OK, works for the style of the demo.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Batman Rises by Batman Group
- Batman is a joke as a super hero. I don't quite get the name of the group nor the fascination for this lame super hero. I've seen this demo a few times now. There are some good parts; i like the music and some of the effects. I don't understand if its ironic or not, pertaining to the theme of the demo or name of group. I don't understand if its coder-pron that people are applauding. It must be something I'm not getting here, so yeah, its OK. So yeah, I don't get it, I guess. Oh well, cant please everyone all the time.

- demo Amiga PPC/RTG Morphever by Encore
- As much as this looks like a second year bacherlors degree Macromedia Director projector from 2003, its actually really nice. Well done.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS 3D-DEMO 2 by Anarchy
- If nothing else, the music paved the way for a new direction back in the days. Still rocks.

- demo Amiga OCS/ECS Mental Hangover by Scoopex [web]
- This is a classic - and amazing - demo that deserves all praise it can get. And the music by Uncle Tom, remembered forever thanks to this, is etched in Amiga history.
