ok here's more constructive critism i hope:
you have ugly ascii there - ask a real ascii artist to do one for you, they usually like filling requests. if they don't take your request seriously, just cheat 'em and tell them you need it for an elite ftp. ;))
and about other design... well, black background, some lines with random colors, ugly 'w' and some lines of text. i can't say anything good about these elements. not even if i try hard.
add some content.
