sprocket: Yeah, just hit me right back via as(at)sceen(punkt)org. We're basically able to tell you pretty much exactly when your copy left the publisher ... that helps with the patience, usually ;) . Oh and thanks for ordering anyway.

I'm getting paid this weekend so i'll probably subscribe at Monday. I don't have internet access from my home (and when i have i'm too lazy to browse for scene news :-P) so a paper demoscene magazine would be a nice thing to read :-).

Ah, I finally received it! Ownage! Fantastic! :D

But one of the fonts on the front cover is missing the character Z.

And.. I didn't get my dvd or cd. Will that be sent later?

i actually received my 3rd copy of the first issue last week :) (already bought 2 at evoke)

i think i did select the "2nd issue" option on the subscribe page but well, whatever :D

the cds are out of stock, but no panic :P they will make new ones and send them with one of the next issues...

Skrebbel same here, i _did_ select the 'start my subscription from 2nd issue' but got the 1st one in the mail yesterday.. Sceen might rule but the subscription system definitely needs work.
While on the nagging tip, the same goes to paying for the mag; I selected IBAN bank transfer as payment method (hint to any Sceen posse reading this: the Visa payment form doesn't really look convincing!) but didn't write the account info down because I was assuming that there'd be a confirmation mail at my inbox with all the info before the mag is shipped. But that never arrived.. Now I'm just waiting for the "hey why the fuck haven't you paid for the mag yet" -reminder.. :)

shoot, obviously our publisher (who does booking + sending atm) might be fond of our magazine, but seems to be one of the buggy kind. sorry for double sendings and shit. it's certainly not in our interest. so if your subscription is supposed to start with issue #2, but resulted in an extra issue #1 sitting in your mailbox, drop me a line through as(at)sceen(dot)org. i'll have your subscription frame 'rescheduled' (the database is correct anyway), the spare sending considered free and the publisher yelled at ;) .

sprocket: yeah, unfortunately the free cds "chiplandschaften" are out of stock atm. supplies were limited, since we had no idea how many ppl would actually subscribe. still, we try to get refill before issue #2. and will send them out along with it. hold in there.

bitchard: thanks for legitimate nagging. we're aware that the order form (and the site) rather sucks atm. which is why we're working on it :) . expect improvements rather soonish. and btw: check your email ;) .

I also got a 2nd issue #1 but I'll make sure it goes to someone who might be interested in a subscription as well once he reads the mag so with a bit of luck it won't be a total loss :-)

I got my mag at last. It was really worth the waiting :) looking forward to the next. The dvd was allso a nice bonus. :)

how about those who won't subscribe and hence not get #2. will they anyway receive the cd after, that is now out of stock?

Those who don't subscribe were never supposed to get the cd in the first place.
