Didn't try running (gf6800gt here) the demos yet, but from the videos it seems like nothing *too* special. Well, yes, it's nice and such, but probably runs pretty slowly on super-hi-end and, well :)

It's designed for these new GF7 cards which are nothing new just a speedup for GF6 It was always like this! Let's see:
Riva - revolution
Riva2 & TNT -speedup
geForce1 -evolution
geForce2 -speed up
geForce3 - evolution (simple shaders)
geForce4 - speed up and some very minor changes
geForce5 - evolution which was a big mistake because it came without major speedup
geForce6 - evolution (really nice)
geForce7 - speed up
... ? - maybe DX10 (or whatever it will be titled) - support
It's easy to make similar sheet to ATI's products. It will even fit to milestones in nVidia production line.
the major milestones for ATI is ATI rage, Radeon 8500 and Radeon 9700 (or 9500 and so on)

Oh yes ;) - and of course geForce4MX is 2MX or whatever. It was always hard to me to explain that R8500 is better than R9000.
