RSync Demoparty 2025 (Jan 10-11 in Leuven, Belgium) has opened its registration and ticket sales. The party place is located right across the train station so reachability is excellent. And so is the bar / kitchen by the way.

cheap flights available, tempting! have to check with the wife first to probably make a family outing out of it or i'm getting a divorce :D
and.. booked flights + hotel. wife didn't even let me finish the sentence, just demanded we have storage on trip back to bring beer and chocolate. :S

If anyone happens to have somewhere for me to stay on the Sunday night, please let me know. I will also need a ride to Brussels on Monday since apparently there are rail strikes going on.

If it's from Leuven, is the bus not an option? Normally Delijn has several bus lines between the two cities.
RSync is in under 2 weeks on january 10th & 11th in Leuven, Belgium!
If you are a planning to attend then please register as a visitor, it allows us to scale and set up the venue accordingly. Should you decide to help us a bit please pre-order and pay your ticket, it allows for pre-paying venue costs, compo prizes and visitor goodies.
And finally, as remote entries are allowed you can now start uploading these. Just register and upload, you do not need a votekey to upload an entry.

We accept remote entries in all compos so if you want to take part from a distance or have your entry/ies already completed and want a cosy and relax trip to Belgium, you can now upload your production(s) !
To upload you do not need a votekey, however we do need some contact info in case we need to talk to you about your entry/ies.

As we have now - at time of writing - 50 registrations we have talked to our friends at Cafe Sport, our regular venue, and have taken your feedback into account from last year that the back room can get a bit packed.
So : We are moving ! (on Saturday)
Friday January 10th will be the regular spot at Cafe Sport, just dont pack it with hardware but be social and stuff. Want to finish your entries ? You can of course still do that and we will provide the room required.
On Saturday January 11th we will NOT be at Cafe Sport but -RIGHT NEXT DOOR- at Het Depot. Het Depot is a concert venue with multiple rooms available that weekend. We will put appropriate signage on all relevant doors, there is no need to change any booking or schedule.

I asked this very same question on their facebook page but got no answer ..So i guess no live stream.. unless there was one and it was obscure and hidden somewhere and I was to lazy to find where it is.
Where I can get the .mp3 & .ogg releases from Rsync 2025?
