The only credible part is when the interaction made her barf
it was just a small smoking section within the actual hospital and i almost fell because the floor was all slippery with her puke so i stepped off and gently declined her offer. obviously she was in a bad health condition and later on i saw how medical personnel prepared her for ambulance transport.
