I seem to remember that general discussion is frowned upon in the fix me beautiful thread so I'm creating a new one.

It doesn't seem to be made by Quartex but FOR them if you read the info. It's also a collection of several intros which would make it a demopack I think.

The author seem to have been a member of Anthrox at the time.

It seems pretty clear to me that the linked .nfo file comes from a bundle consisting of the Quartex Amiga intro and four other intros, but the Pouet entry is about the Quartex Amiga intro specifically. The download link doesn't even point to that bundle any more. So, basically, the .nfo file is the one thing that doesn't match the rest of the Pouet entry, and should not be treated as the primary source of truth.

As for the "made for various people" line - that could mean "here is a bunch of old intros that I made while I was in a bunch of old groups", in which case it could be a demo by TWK as a member of Quartex. I can't find anything to confirm that though.

the nfo matches the intro, it's referred to as "QUARTEX.SMC". the "confusing" part is, it also matches 4 other intros for other groups which were released alongside this intro in a single zip file by The White Knight of Anthrox for Christmas 1994:
