Cool not-really-online-game + physics/maths question.

but why are tiles after a while all sorted?
is there any physical/mathematical background, or sth

What do you mean with "sorted"? The chain reactions within a group will stop when there are no two tiles within the same group that are connected to each other.
BTW, I like it! Thanks for posting the link!

wild guess...
it's like magnetic field; in magnetic field all elementary magnets (or smth like that) try to organize to north pole. in that game when there are enough chains to same direction it's like magnetic pole, where those chains that point to different direction wants to stablize (via vibration).
i may be very wrong :)

what about chaos theory, anyone?
this thing questions me... (bad english, i know)
I got 305 :)
beat this: 1662
actually this is pretty much more related to conway's life than anything else :)
twisted rules though. i didn't bother to check wether the state transition of every cell were instant or if they are "dead" while turning. in any case, with a sufficiently large playing field (i guess it is) it should be possible to create infinite dynamics. the game presentation makes this harder ofc because you can not do an explicit setup.

i got 2197 points
i think it's because facing the same way is the state when they are able to interact the least since it invalidates "blobs" or "spots", the "spread" can only deterministically follow a line. my guess would be the same reason why stuff on a pan starts to spread evenly when you shake it.
(and by "pan" i mean frying pan or a tray :)

first random click and 791.
But they do not necessarily end up to look into the same direction! They may also end to look into two opposite directions (180° rotated), for example. All that matters is that they don't touch each other any more.
2031
my friend got over 2100
the question is: are there states which may result in better games and can you become better in seting xour start click ? I realized that some party ordered fields were always necessary to gain > 1000 points.
funny little game :)
