If you can't cancel the tickets by web (Sparpreis and such things)
Write an email to: fahrkartenservice@bahn.de with the subject: 'Sondererstattung Corona'
Attach the ticket as PDF and put information (link) about the canceld event into the mail.
This is what the DB-Hotline told me.

Sad to hear, and sorry for all the energy that already went into the event. Obviously, I am, too, in for supporting/online tickets to cover what's needed. With Echtzeit, we stand by for supporting whatever comes up as alternative Easter entertainment in Switzerland as long as it involves demos, livestreams from Saarbrücken and decent drinks. Stay safe and healthy everybody and a big thank you to the Revision organizers for keeping up despite what's happening.

Well I guess I'm going to down in cider now. Sucks but for the best in the long run thank you to the organizers this must have sucked.
