Plant - Cyboman 3 (1995) demo on retro PC
Could you please capture Te-2rb for Noby and also provide a video download of the capture? He really wants it captured for an Assembly demoshow but he can't post here after both of his arms got lost in a terrible motorcycle accident where he purchased a motorcycle but didn't leave any money for food and ate his arms.
shit noby u need a hand?

If I can bother you while you're at it, I'm also in need of a good captures of x14 and Megablast by Orange, basically only low quality YouTube videos floating around and the MindCandy DVD. Megablast is doable in DOSBox but it doesn't play 100% perfectly, and x14 obviously doesn't really work at all due to the esoteric color mode. I can get by with the lower quality sources in any case but if you're able to look into capturing these by Wednesday I'd be extremely grateful =)
i can do it, but not until wed. i have to prepare to every capture, actually i deal with the 2000-2003 captures, i swap the machine on the next weekend. another problem, i need space, if you want the raw video, my google drive is ok for ca 1-2 video temporary :)

not really demoscene, but still amazing.

oh fck... i see now, the asm from wed?
ok... then emergency mode :)
Te-2rb
x14
Megablast
is that all? i will do in the evening, but i am not sure, the space will be enough. i will cut just at the keyframe, to keep the original quality.

Thank you so much!! These 4K sources on YouTube are fine for me =)
There appears to be something wrong with the vsync on the Hplus capture.
vsync in dos? :) anyway... there is always a frequency converting somewhere, because google supports 60fps videos, and the output refresh rate:
eg
320x200 70hz
320x240 60hz
640x480 60hz
800x600 50hz or 60hz
1024x768 43 or 60hz etc
and every video cards has slightly different output, or the 640x480 is not really 60hz (59.97hz).
so the different type of vga analog outputs multiplied with a lot of vga/vesa modes and added some special, manufacture specified mode - the final result is a lot different output and fps also affect this. finally i have to convert them to 60fps (hz) - this the reason there is always some glitch in the capture. the 70hz scroll cannot be smooth on 60hz.
we could enjoy the original quality, if it would be possible to capture and show 1:1 (generally not possible 320x200 is not 4:3 - scaling needed, especially with mixed resolutions), and capture with the original frequency (would be possible with some limitations) - practically you need an analog crt display.

I meant the Hplus capture has visible tearing.
That's not to dismiss the effort you put in these captures btw. They are fantastic and I enjoy watching them!
Yeah I noticed the tearing in the Hplus capture too. It only seems to start at about 1:23 though when the screen flashes quickly for a short period, and continues throughout the capture to the end from there. Maybe that caused the capture device to somehow misalign the vblank or something?
Better question is, does Hplus vsync?
