Having trouble uploading a avatar

So im trying to upload an avatar that meets all of the requirements, 16x16, its only 4 kb and it has a transparent background. But everytime i upload it, it tells me that "An error has ocurred". It reminds me that it must be under 4096 (i think) and to name it correctly despite it meeting the rules. Can someone help me?

So, I just tried and it works fine for me; can you post the avatar here you're trying to upload?
Most likely you didn´t follow the first rule (as you didn´t mention it, altho all other rules!)

Also: 4KB means BELOW 4096bytes...your FileManager may state it is 4KB when it is above that, as in 4999bytes! ;)
