Well, couldn't find a similar thread, topic title says it all. A thread for scene.org news/updates/requests/etc.

And I'll start with a request. I have uploaded a file in the incoming directory of ftp.scene.org under '/resources/tools/'. I also uploaded the same file under '/resources/graphics/' since it fit better under that folder. Can the second iteration in '/resources/graphics/' be included in the ftp for download and the first one in '/resources/tools/' be deleted?

Anyone knows which would be the most suitable directory in scene.org to upload games released in the demoscene context but not at a demoparty? :)

Defiance: If it's a group release, I'd just stick it in /demos/groups/whatever - if it wasn't realeased as part of a party or a compo.

to https://files.scene.org/view/demos/groups/elitegroup/pawlov.zip

(not just link them like they are now, like physically move to this location since this .zip
was not released back in the party '99 but much later) ?

well, I uploaded a lot of scene stuff that didn't exist on scene.org (placed under the correct directory) but only one seems to have been included in the database and the rest were deleted, what is going on? (all were scene related - prods for instance that exist here).

alright, a little update on my previous post. I found them all (have been included in the database but some may not appear in the search results or whatever) except one that has definitely not been included.
