Was just kidding but yeah, now Evoke joins the ranks as well. I'm just happy more demos get made and people don't stop being creative because of peer pressure.
I just meant that it doesn’t seem to make the scene more attractive to outsiders, unlike has been implied a couple of times during the thread.
Poobrain started out using Unity, and may still be using it sometimes.. but it appears that - for them - a commercial engine was a way to get started.

Anyone going to start a debate about it as it's a commercial product?
I prefer people using Notch over Unreal Engine / Unity cos with Notch I can yell at Smash when a Notch demo poops random files in my partition root.
Oh you can even buy it and ask for nice things if you do a good enough job! That aside it's totally worth having just to play with.

Anyone care if the notch demos is watermarked?
UE is atleast free, how is it with Notch ? Or use a cracked version maybe, that is atleast a scene tradition :)

loading screen != watermark
Maybe the next Notch version can change the Notch logo in the logo of your group =)
I literally only checked the topic because I saw the last post was by Magic and I was curious whether it's about "the next release of someone" like virtually all of his comments. I was not disappointed.
