sesse: thx, but am pretty sure that audio wasn't supposed to be like that (yeah, it also happened to me when i tried to run it on winuae...)

Sesse: something is weird with that mpg - sound breaks, and also VLC quits on me when I get ~2minutes into the video

FlashyYNT: It's a recording made on a genuine Amiga, at TG01, and shown at the compo. (TG didn't show compos live at the time.) So it's not emulator artifacts, at least :-)

Sesse: Does that video run/play/sound normal on your computer?

It plays just fine. The end point is way off, though (it changes a bit and then stabilizes 3:08:10), so seeking doesn't work. And then there's the buggy/clipping audio, which I believe is just how the intro plays, given that it's identical in the video and in WinUAE (from people's reports here). Picture is just fine, although of course low quality.

@magic: it does work on my cel300a/gf2mx200/win98, but I don't have anything that can capture it, and neiter win8.1 nor vmware+winxp on my main pc can run it :(
