I have 10x opl3+dac and I will buy 10x MSX/SEGA VDP (Yamaha/Texas Instruments). But I am no HW geek. So maybe someone here can help to do "gaming shield/multimedia/demoscene" for it.

1x stereojack - AUDIO out
2x cannon db9 (sega gamepad/atari joystick)
I will send you 2x opl3+dac and 2x VDP for your shield prototype.
I can imagine nice 2d/3d demos + music trackers + pixelart paint for it.
Maybe running on CP/M.
That core board is powerful! 20MHz+512KB ram...
With MSX2+ or SEGA VDP it will be as small AMIGA or STE.

Price of core pcb board+ic is 30-40Euro shield can be 50-60Euro so whole computer can be under 100Euro. Price of zx or c64 or atari 8bit on ebay.
What are the practical advantages over Raspi running a Z80 emulator?
