Too much CGI in movies
category: offtopic [glöplog]
Ima let you finish, but seriously, Beowulf? Man, that movie looked like a 2001 game FMV.
Bitnaughty: kinda same here in Iran , except that all torrent sites are just filtered, no cops involved ! But still...
farfar: he fact that you called that animation a 'movie' says a lot ! :)

well "talkie" is too oldskool even for me
Torrent is banned in general or only downloading copyrighted stuff?
Rutra80: in Iran all of the major torrent sites (kickass, the pirate bay, ...) are filtered .
Rutra: Well, I'm guessing obviously only copyrighted stuff, not actually torrents themselves!! :) - for example, if you're downloading a Linux ISO on a torrent, I don't suppose that would be a problem! For me, it's like this:

On a related note, is is possible to get Google to block search results for any or all combinations of the words "free download MP3"? That would be the next step for this kind of thing...?

I'm curious to know how it is in other countries, as I would imagine that some/lot of people here work in the movies/TV....?
