quite possibly there was a certain bias in the selection of cards... We also toyed with ideas as having alter egos such as Drunk Lugoober who would be a much more huggable card than just regular Lugoober but would then lose certain other abilities. My petition for every card being a frenchie was rejected by the others though.

@nic0 : you do understand the word "Frenchie" needs to be capitalized in proper English and also that it is a pejorative term. You can understand more by reading this Yahoo answer I found for you Is calling the French people "Frenchies" bad?.
As for having no Frenchies (because supposedly rejected by others you do not name) in your card deck, it's your own choice (I personally like your battle cards and their design) but surely has little to do with the Meteoriks award ?

We also couldnt decide whether to label Maali a finn or a frenchmen and thus he had to be left out :(

Still haven't received the Meteoriks certificate and the website http://meteoriks.org/winners#nominees-13 still does not state "honorable mention".

TomoAlien: No, "honorable mention" basically means "this could have been the winner as well, but we decided for the other prod".

Saga: But that's not correct. Obviously they're just the first losers!

Still, I guess it's something to get a place on the list, even if you didn't win. My prod could've been easily kicked off the runners-up list by Secret Rooms. :P
