We are very excited to announce the 4th edition of Nordlicht Demoparty in the sunny City of Bremen an der Weser!

The party will commence on the weekend of June 19th to 21st and feature a brand new location (surprise!) Of course you can expect the same great mix of competitions, DJ's, live music and performances like in previous years and a very warm welcome from our organizing team!

• Indoor and outdoor areas with space for 130+ visitors and their computers
  
• Large outdoor party area, open-air stage and BBQ place, day and night
  
• Bigscreen, HD projector, lights and a phat PA sound system

Hallo Nordlichter!

After an exhausting easter weekend in Saarbrücken the Nordlicht crew is back on duty and has some announcements to make:

first:
The ticket-sales are now officially open with the standard full ticket being affordable 30 eurocoins.
So get yours while they are still hot (powered by deinetickets.de)!

second:
The official website ist not completely finished yet (as if it ever was...) but already filled with lots of useful information and of course the visitor signup. So if you are still unsure about the event: go have a look!

and last but not least:
Revision Party saw not one, but two invitations for our little party: one for the NES (Thank You Knoeki, Tjoppen and Visy!) and a newschool one for PC (Thank You Dojoe, T$, Ohli, Widdy and Skyrunner!). They are fun, you should watch them.

What would a demoparty be without kicking live acts that make you want to dance? This year, you'll enjoy a wild mix of styles on two stages - ranging from kpop to chiptunes to house to DnB and the best scene music has to offer with the following performers and DJ's:

Choco Confectioneries, Computadora, Cybernetic Love Commandos, DJ Ish, Dojoe and Timbren!!!!!

And maybe, just maybe another one or two that we haven't confirmed yet :)

How should foreigners go about buying a ticket? When inputting my address it seems to think I should live in Germany - atleast I can't choose the country and it does not accept my zipcode :)

hmm... i've just entered my details (zipcode accepted), put my nickname in a comment and used paypal to pay.

but yes, just checked the ticket, everything's okay, except it says "germany" at the end of the address. it seems that form is missing the country field.

don't see that it will cause a problem with getting in, though. ;)))

now it works.
"international sales" was inactive in the admin backend.

Prior to using this order form, we never asked for address details other than what is already listed in your Paypal. But it seems the address fields cannot be turned off currently, so just scribble anything into them. All tickets are sent via email, so your email address and nick / group are the only information we need :)

Blending modern pagan dance beats with acoustic, spiritual folk elements and singing: Henning and Kristina of Projekt Ingwyr​ will return to Nordlicht with a new live performance!

Alright, count me in. After I've only been to Revisions and Evokes so far, I'm curious to see how a smaller party looks like.

Judging by last years' results, there won't be that many actual demos to expect. Hopefully I'll manage to finish mine at least. :-)
