Oh holy hell! I remember watching Telecat here in the UK many many moons ago.

I watched Telecat as a kid too here in Germany, but only brief, because I found the characters creepy and thus didnt like it. Looking at them as adult I still find them too creepy.

Telecat is indeed kind of creepy, imho. I prefer "Don't hug me, I'm scared"

This Téléchat show is still haunting my dreams. I was born in the early 80's in Belgium so I was directly exposed to this. I remember that iron face, the alive phone and leguman as well.

I remember watching it, but not out of choice. That shit was way too creepy even for my tastes. Come to think of it, the cable we had, had some really strange stuff.

Oh gosh, Téléchat. I used to believe it didn't spread outside of Belgium or France. To my eyes, it was more... err... dumb than creepy, but I can understand it fueled some nightmares indeed. However, Léguman was rather funny to us kids. We used to sing the jingle as some sort of joke. Well, whatever...

I'm learning French, wouldn't mind finding Téléchat with subtitles somewhere. Looks funky, but I barely understand anything yet.

From what I've watched I think there's a lot of French people who didn't understand either!
