Maybe AI software with all the needed characteristics IS already written (one of many such projects - but how to find THE one?) and is being taught for a 20+ years as a human child. You can't do it faster if you don't use shortcuts based on formulas, am I right?

And the AI must undergo some evolution to produce the most "clever" combination of parameters to learn the best. Humans did.
