wild demos - what you recommend for seeing
category: general [glöplog]
since i'm interested on creating wild demos with scripting on ffmpeg/imagemagick, or stuff like that (years ago i made experimental stuff like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VKPtz0EKyo (it's 1080p) ), i'm curious to know which demos you all think are worth seeing as reference, as for our cultural baggage, as for challenging - thanks! :)
Um, is the dreadful youtube compression part of the concept? :P (even at 1080p)
I'm wondering if maybe Vimeo wouldn't work better for hosting that kind of stuff, but then, no experience here, really.
Anyway, this made me think of Satori, no sure why!

Tomoya, thank you a lot for reminding Satori! we kept some e-mail contact around 15 years ago! :O - he made really amazing stuff! :) (and perhaps i got very influenced by him as well, far more than i could figure out! :) )
