How to rip gfx from Windows 3.1 exe files?

I've a challenge for you skilled coders: rip gfx from a windows 3.1 executable.
And specially this exe: http://www.filedropper.com/sheep
Yes we know back then it was commercial and all but it's very old and now we would like to get the pictures or maybe the method to get them.

apart from that resource workshop might be worth a try for extracting stuff

Can you use reshack.exe ?
Not on Win16.
You need a tool that will extract ressources from 16-bit programs, like this one :
