dojoe: I think the rules are along the lines of "the first 100 people who pay get a bed", and since merely registering on the page and not getting a green checker means "not paid", I guess you're safe. :)

Considering the amount of people who registered saying they'll sleep in the hall or in tents, you should be fine. Do note that it's first come, first serve though -the last person to claim a bed sleeps underneath Maali.
