Let me emphasize on one quote:
Martha Johnson, a Republican voter in Ohio, expressed similar outrage. "How dare these pretentious, liberal Canadians arrest our president? Who do they think they are? I can't believe their chutzpah. Forget North Korea and Iran … we must invade Canada next."
Aren't they so lovably open-minded? :D

I'm pretty certain I saw that article linked off of a fake-news.com website last night. I think teque sent me the link actually. so ask him.
Yeah, that's obviously fake... hmm.. Canadian Bacon, anyone?
the scary thing is that the part i quoted out seems way too real :D
It was gleaned off of a news site from Canada who is normally known for fact-based reporting and no-nonsense, and the original item was flamed rather badly by some readers for reducing the amount of seriousness. CNN picked up the bit and reported it as real, without checking (something apparently happening a lot lately) and thus, whammo.
Or at least this is what I gleaned from some folks who posted the original link in google's cache a few days ago.
Anyway, must save Honey.

Anyway, I read recently in a serious German magazine that a US-organization wants to start a process against Bush in Germany because starting a war of aggression and pissing on human rights and stuff.
There seems to be such a law which makes such a lawsuit possible even when the action was not in Germany and the actor is not a German.
I don't know how real or fake this article was, but it sounds interesting.
