Fell quit IRC a few weeks ago and didn't show up again.
Unfortunately we don't have any other contact possibility, so if anyone is in contact with him, please give us (that's the folks in #dss and #rft) a message.

He hasn't logged in to Pouet since May so that won't help - his site says he works http://www.cwndesign.co.uk/welcome so in the worst case you can call them.
I've seen him popin' into my gtalk a few days ago I think... I dropped an email if anybody didn't already
