I really don't get your point. Those two songs are nowhere near identical, nor is there a "3.47" in the Fei-Fei song, as you refer to. Sure you got the right one?
On a side-note. The drums in Fei-Fei's tune is far better IMO ;)

I think Magic has just discovered brostep.
Ahaha, oh god I hope that's true! Cncd invented brostep! Rusko is a ripoff, Cookiemonsta is a lamer en screw Dr. P!
Magic: shut up.
yes my master...
Hey, I have that same shirt!
I kinda like that Gloom on cocaine + a Macbook picture.
Scene t-shirts stolen?
Magic: what are you talking about, "master"? Everyone knows I do your bidding, and stay up nights to find stolen demoscene bassdrums. I take my job very seriously!
's up for the typography
Just for the record, some more blatant Timbaland plagiarism I found. May have posted before but this thread has done too much mileage to check. Still, guy is a serial tea leaf...

judging like that MG, you probably have about 99999999 other hiphop songs you could post here.
and like the complete daft punk catalogue while you are at it
dont forget DJ Shadow
Haha no, just found those after a youtube session but yeah I'm sure that's just the tip of the iceberg. You'd have thought he'd might try and be smart and re-arrange it a bit but it's like listening to the same track.
yeah, let's rehash that stupid sampling 'discussion' and how it's bad and blah blah blah...
Just close this thread forever.
did you miss the 90s and need someone to define the concept of sampling to you?
the deal with timbaland vs tempest was how he used a very long and unaltered part of the tempest song, without clearing it and refusing to acknowledge it.
what you posted is just sampling.

Apologies for being so naive, I must have spent a large part of the 90s swimming around in my dad's gonads so cheers for the clarification on sampling. I'm sure in all these cases he got his lawyers to write Arabic for clearance and they were probably acknowledged and paid royalties from day one too.
