Glass raised. Can't believe it's 10 years. A very kind, humble and talented man, who was incredibly welcoming to me and my new group in 2012.
He had shared the latest private version of his synth with me just days before; I don't know if it was even checked in to the Approximate repo yet. I am gutted that I don't still have it to contribute back. I've checked every last potential location I could think of.
Although I hadn't met meaty in person, I'd been so looking forward to meeting him at my first Sundown in 2012, and at that party shared the hurt of the many friends who had known him much longer and closer than me.

I have a slightly older version (dated 2012-04-21) if it's any help. Just the VST itself though.
I happen to have a copy of the mapprox vst plugin as well, called mapprox4.dll, dated August 2012. Which I believe was the latest / last version at the time that velo kindly sent me in an email in 2014.
I remember having issues with it, though. The settings would not stick upon reloading the saved Renoise project file. Sadly enough, because I think the synth sounds very very nice.
