"origin of the picture" in what way? I'm not sure what do You mean.
As for the screen it's easy to say it has been done on Spectrum, so no "origin of converting process".
You have a printout there.
So "origin" would be a ZX program the picture comes from?
PS: It's Russian btw, and it says "Music programs for AY chip". In general. It's some cover of diskette or tape (can't see precisely).

YERZMYEY/H-PRG, the scan has been found on russian floppy, and the guy said "picture taken from ZX".
