I need to contact Cyclone / Abyss

Hi,
My brother once was spending hours on Artcity. And he popped out with an idea of having a tatoo. Guess what? He wants to have the "Wasting the Norm" by Cyclone (http://artcity.bitfellas.org/index.php?a=show&id=1421) picture being tatooed on his chest, in the place where the heart is. However this basic picture needs to be modified slightly, to fit tattoo style (some cropping, add missing top of the head, and so on...). To do so I'd like to have permission from the author (picture might be used for some advertisement by the tattooing company). So, I'd like to ask Cyclone can I do that modification, or maybe he would like to do it by himself (that would be AWESOME).
Conclussion: Does anybody know how can I contact with Cyclone?
