I just wonder in how far it corresponds to the truth what they write about the lawsuits Scamp is involved in as a culprit - maybe not only Geres and Cassi are bad guys, maybe Scamp is a bad guy as well. It is not so easy to divide the world into good and evil.

xTr1m: I think it's mostly an ego issue. Most people inside the scene know that the tone of my messages might be hurting. I guess that Mr. Wiemann gets told by his lawyers he now doesn't stand any chance anymore for quite some time already. I guess it's ignored firstly due to ego, and secondly due to Mr. Wiemann with the truth being in public now is facing serious issues in getting more money out of questionable pools, and therefore is running dry.
I can't count the number I've offered them profitable exit scenarios instead of them going down in flames. They'll now go down in flames, it seems.

Adok: I see that you are just trolling, but hey, I'll bite. While GERES keeps claiming so for months, I have not been notified by the police or any investigators that any criminal charges against me would be worked on. Obviously these guys however easily could have filed invalid charges, with these then getting dropped by the authorities at once, in this case I would not get informed. In regards of lawsuits (private law): Tons of those going on, but until now we've won every single one of them, and I highly doubt this is going to change. Every judge in the relevant courts now already knows about our story.

steam: HP appears to have taken it seriosly enough to spend quite a lot of time on negotiations. I only know the prices asked, I don't know the offers from HP, if any, yet. This will change. And yes, it is somewhat of an honour that someone values my company at 70 Million. However, unless you put a shitloads of lies and exagrations onto the table (which they did), this is not a realistic value by far. It will take some more time (and require the criminals to be gone) until we will reach those levels. I do however have not any intentions to sell Viprinet, and I do not have any intentions whatsoever to do anything that would change our coporate culture, which getting bought by some huge non-nerd cooperation is guaranteed to bring. I'm not in it primarily for the money, I've building this company due to the exact reasons why I am / have been organizing demo partys: I like playing god, creating things and see them grow under my direction, and then enjoy to see that people inside that system are happy. It's like The Sims, but much better and more rewarding.

What's up? Both viprinet and geres have the exact same wording on their homepage now about rediscussing the previous accusations. And both have it only in German even though there's a button for English language.
