What's the maximum resolution and is it 32 color?

when you say Film/Video do you mean that you actually can show entries from film? just checking... :)

It means you can film your own movie or make your own anim and
release it at @party :)

nosfe, I guess, if you're asking that question for the reason I think you are, you might have to go recursive, and set up a digital camera to capture what you were doing with the film ;)

resolution - I believe 32 color, I need to ask my compos head.
ASCII/ANSI is combined with it because we don't feel we could get enough ASCII/ANSI entries on their own. *sigh*

Yes, we said film on purpose. We have access to a 16mm (I think it was 16, I should doublecheck and post the info) and given enough notice we could possibly get others.

Will @party 2012 be a dry party??? I guess it all depends on the venue?

depends on venue. But because it will be in the city, I am going to see about renting out part of a club or a bar for a private party friday or saturday night.
I'll need to raise some money to help cover that separate from the party, but I'm sure something can be worked out. : )

If the party place is close to some bars or clubs, it shouldn't be a problem with drinking one or 2 shoots before the compos since it will be in Boston ;)
Why you want to rent part of a club if people can go there anyway to get some drinks etc.
Are you thinking about drinking compo or something? That would be fun!
