Dutch scener interested in saving zipdisks with demos from the dumpster?
category: offtopic [glöplog]
I've got some 100MB Zipdisks (10 or so) and a box with 3,5" inch floppies which *could* contain PC demo's which are not on scene.org or in pouet.net yet.
I guess they contain demos/intros from 1994 until 1997.
If you're interested in those disks contact me at spamdoos [at] ziggo [dot] nl
Pick up only at my place in Utrecht or we could do a handover at Utrecht Central Station.

Oh dude! Bring 'm to the Nixxes office if you can!
At Vredenburg, right?
That's not far from CS ;)
Okay, I'm doing a detour soon then. I'll keep you posted.

Awesome! :) (De ingang zit in de Zakkendragersteeg. Staat groot Nixxes op de deur!)
i love demos from the dumpster!
dumpsterdemos are the new megademos
so that's what the 'DD' on the disks is actually standing for
Yeah, and 'HD' is for Hipster demos.
Have you uploaded the demos yet, okkie?
actually i should still have an unfinished outlaw triad 64k somewhere on a broken cd-r that involved graphics of a dumpster!!!!
It's demoscene the 2nd.
dumpsterdemo = crapmo?
Make a raw dump of the disks, with the Linux dd command (no pun intended) or similar so you can look for deleted files later if need be.
