yumeji, a modulus operator (%) in the formula doesn't automatically mean an encoding failure.

Hmm, there indeed seems to be a url decoding problem with some versions of Firefox. Tested with Opera, Chrome and Firefox with identical Flash plugin, and Firefox decodes the url incorrectly.
