I know it's been said a million times before, but: it's simply too big of task to do a proper 64k intro in order to compete with the really good ones!

Puryx: indeed.. even for a big party as assembly i am afraid..
it especially sucks as it was supposed to be the big 64k showdown.. (making it an even bigger task to compete ;))

Perhaps the no1 and no2 from last year made a 4k for this year? :)
Yeah well obviously the focus has been shifted to 4K, PC demo and Amiga demo/intro lately. 64K isnt hip right now but it will be in due time I guess (there is ample room for improvement over the previous iteration of top intros), everything comes and goes.
Problem is that the incentive to do a killer 64k is even lower when you know there won't be any competition :/
Adapt (we) and FLT had 64K but as we heard our entry was only one, we dropped the ball and started to concentrate on demo...

In Fnuque, we'll do our best to keep the 64k genre live and vivid ;-) It's about time werkzeug gets a little competition :-p
lets see where that rumoured flt 64k ends up.. maybe keep an eye on the democompo
