ps, i don't get it. cake php and other fresh frameworks are exactly that = php + javascript.
is it still being rewritten or is it dead? the scene truly _needs_ a database with the prods + credits for them. Pouet is not going to implement it so I still hope for demozoo to come back to life.
i havent been keeping up with plans for Pouet v2, but i cant believe the data records will not be extended? what a waste if not.

A lot of big forums have threads that aren't directly related to the forum itself. Yes I know it's hard to police forums like this, but maybe some sort of vito on which threads can be removed to clear up some chaff. I know I might have a couple of threads started by me that could be removed.

It is indeed still being rewritten (as in, I've actively been doing some coding on it today). Not promising any ETA though.

Something like CSDB but for all platforms. Perhaps talking to the CSDB guys and getting access to all their data would be a good start for the database?

dipswitch: Yes, all data from Demozoo v1 will be imported into v2.
Sdw: We are open to all kinds of partnerships, we'll see what we can work out with csdb and others. We will also offer a full api, so other sites can take advantage of our metadata, screenshots, etc.
