Either way my point is - don't do something & then claim to be "differently abled" (ie. expect different treatment to others) when whatever it is you were trying to do goes wrong (according to you).
I'm pretty sure none of the other people there who copped pepper-spray (& there were some) who happened to be able to walk are 'consulting lawyers' because they got sprayed.
