Styx: No but seriously, the recent bp-system might have worked if the tokens were bigger and made of something like plastic (so they would look like coins), but most of the time they just got lost in my pockets and kept turning up duirng laundry or other trips months later.. Even after I gave all I thought I had to Nosfe the last day of the party.

That said, I don't get why it was brought into being in the first place. The system where 3 bottles returned = new bottle was much better, and I don't think anyone ever complained about someone stealing their empty bottles.

But when people get drunk they tend not to care anymore, and the guys who would pick up those bottles and keep the place clean can't do it unless they also get a hand of the same amount of small paper notes..

Are interlaced pictures permitted in the oldskool graphics compo? If so, will they be shown flickering or flicker-fixed?

Oldskool graphics will be recorded the same way as c64 demo / oldksool intro is recorded - exactly to preserve the interlacing.

so yes, interlaced pictes are permitted. We will no do any processing to remove/enchance any flickering.

We danes solve our pfand-problems by mixing vodka into a large plastic bottle semi-full of Magic Man energy drink. After 2-3 cycles of this treatment, you no longer have any concept of returning anything.

Maybe our solution could work for everyone?

the german beer is so cheap that instead of not returning a bottle and "losing" it, I felt like someone was HANDING ME money every time I bought one.

wysiwtf, joooo: as we are not free with our beverage supplier at the location we can't sell everything that's somehow available on the market.
so, it's very unlikely that we will be able to sell it.
solution: carry crates :)

oh well. i heard the rewe is really close so that probably will solve many issues with crate-transportation (no idea if they have mate, tho). too bad the party doesnt profit from it, tho.
