it's not just the titles. This pic really reminds the greetings scene, in a backyard alley between those buildings, even the kind of stairs are the same.

Gargaj: They started using the football system 6 years ago or something, and they immediately went on to use it for advertising as well. Given that the technology was still pretty shitty back then, football players kept disappearing into brand name logos.
ie: the quarterback wouldn't have legs while running over a gigantic Powerade bottle which had randomly appeared on the field.
