40e is more than fair...considering all the organization work put into bp...security, sanitation, tents and shit....it's fucking 3 days, and most (or well, all) of the organizers work VOLUNTARILY. Dude, keep in mind what you pay for other events....let's rather be VERY, VERY thankful that somebody is doing the dirty work AT ALL!

I think you surely thought about that before but still, if the only real trouble is to heat the place then is it really impossible/harder to organize it later in the year ? (let's say during pentcost long weekend or in july)
This could also remove (most) of the cost for the diesel heating system (or what ?)

The biggest problem is people like you, morons who hasn't got a clue.


Come to Breakpoint 2005 so we have something more fun to place on the bonfire!

weet ik nog niet, dat ligt er vooral aan of er een andere atariparty komt met pasen volgend jaar. is dat zo, dan gaan wij naar een andere datum (zomer waarschijnlijk), is dat niet zo dan blijven we bij pasen.

btw, heb je al plannen voor x2004? of is er dat weekend ook een andere partij? :/

Cerror: you, Mr Pink, and all the other Atari sceners need to show up to Breakpoint. And the whole thing where the scene has multiple parties during Breakpoint needs to stop. Move the other parties to some other weekend and go to Bingen.

Sir Garbagetruck, merging the parties has been attempted at MekkaSymposium2002, with disastrous outcome for the Atari scene (only <20 visitors and 2 crap prods). I don't think a lot of Atari sceners would be in favour of trying it again.

shifter: Actually I think it's a good idea to make sure the date of a party you organize doesn't collide with other partys. The reason is simple: Respect for other peoples work for the scene.

I don't care too about that atari party on easter, as most atari-sceners are radical platform-fanatics anyway and prefer not to mix with other sceners.

But it's a real pity TG is at the same WE as BP, especially in times where due to cheapo airlines it would be perfectly possible for german sceners to go there and vice versa.

And oh yeah, it's "EINE" demoparty. Party is female in german language.
