hello! this is a little message to all the germans (not austrians!) who forgot to think about attending scene event 2004.

especially for the german delegation the scene event 2004 organisers (not me) have decided to add a bunch of special features to the party. these include:

- great weather (it's mid summer, not easter)
- a huge camping field with bonfires and instant barbecues all over
- a wholly international atmosphere and an open minded crowd
- a location only a few hours away from places like hamburg, easily reachable by highways and public transit
- a supermarket at a 3 minute walk (no bus ride off a hill!)
- a large hall with a big screen, plenty space to watch the compos and demoshows, wide walking lanes, showers (tUM-stylee, but with less ads and more demos)
- the supermarket sells bratwurst and instant barbecue sets

etcetera. for some odd reason there have never been many germans attending scene event, even though the german scene is nice and large, scene event is the best party ever and happens right next to the german border (almost). you really owe it to yourself to attend! (and i'm serious here. i've nothing to do with scene event, but just want it to be as great as last year)

Heh, I am danish, and I was at a party (regular, you know, with girls and shitmusic) some days ago, and someone brought Heineken. You guys are right about the cowpiss ;)

skrebbel, check facts. there have in fact been germans at scene event / summer encounter before :) elitegroup, cubic team and $een was there.

Drinking alcohol inside the hall is not allowed, but feel free to have a cold one out in the sun or by your tent. As long as you're not acting like a drunken maniac and bother others, we won't give you any trouble. So keep alcohol outside at the tent camp and act your age.

Important : it is NOT allowed to store alcohol (visibly) in the hall. We won't search your bags but if you have stuff lying around we will have to confiscate it. So keep your brewskies out of sight!
