Yes true, recently or maybe earlier pouet didn't allow links from csdb. I don't know why.

http://noname.c64.org/csdb/release/download.php?id=xxxxx seems to be what blkpanther used in his csdb -> pouet mass import, and I haven't seen any complaints.

submit form doesn't eat that format indeed
