unfortunately, 2 parties ago, very much did go wrong :(. the last time, only ~60 of 384 seats were filled. we already have paid everything for the next event, so as you can see, we seriously need to rise the reputation of our event.

an invitation for the lan would be nice. anything which is easily viewable directly without unzipping. im thinking of a flash or a video... to show possible guests the features of the lan. (and make them come to the party of course :] )
besides that, we could require a kind of demo for the beamer at the location. it should show several information regarding games, specials or just the catering information :-)
it really hasnt to be 3d. we like anything wich looks nice :-)

they give their stuff / money to us. afterwards we are the ones who decide what to do with it.

as i said 2 times before, payment depends on the work provided. i dont know yet how much € we can spend, but i know for sure that it wont be a rip off. i'd say minimum payment 30 euro + stuff provided by our sponsors
